About Me
Hey I’m Cari
If you’ve landed here, you’re likely longing for something more—peace in the middle of uncertainty, clarity about your next step, or healing from the parts of your story that still feel tender. You’ve been strong for everyone else, but you’re realizing it’s time to care for your own heart too.
I know that place well. I’ve walked through seasons of burnout, loss, and doubt—but also through deep restoration and renewed hope in Christ. And now, it’s my joy to help other women experience that same renewal.
Through my coaching and resources, I help you reconnect with who you are in Christ, rebuild emotional and spiritual resilience, and walk forward with confidence and peace—one faith-filled step at a time.
My Background and Qualifications
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Human Services, and I’ve spent over a decade teaching as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology. My professional journey has been shaped by a deep desire to help others grow—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
As a Certified Life and Mental Health Coach, I combine evidence-based principles with biblical truth to guide women toward lasting transformation. My academic background gives me a strong understanding of human behavior and mental health, while my faith keeps my approach rooted in grace, compassion, and the hope of Christ.
This is where my heart and calling come together—to help women find healing, clarity, and renewed purpose through Christ, so they can live with peace and confidence in who He’s created them to be.
CLIENT LOVE
We Are a Good Fit To Work Together If:
You’re ready to invest in your personal growth and take meaningful steps toward healing and change.
You desire faith-based support that blends biblical truth with practical strategies.
You’re open to honest reflection, gentle accountability, and compassionate guidance.
You value a safe, judgment-free space to process emotions, gain clarity, and rediscover hope.
You’re committed to showing up, doing the inner work, and trusting the process—even when it’s hard.
We Are Not A Good Fit If:
You’re looking for quick fixes without a willingness to grow or change.
You are in need of therapy for clinical mental health needs rather than coaching for spiritual and emotional growth.
You’re uncomfortable with a Christian worldview or faith-based encouragement.
You’re not ready to be vulnerable, take responsibility, or be open to gentle truth spoken in love.
You want someone else to create your transformation for you instead of partnering with you in the process.
My Mission
To create a safe, grace-filled space where women can heal, grow, and rediscover the purpose God has placed within them.
Through faith-based coaching, emotional healing tools, and biblical guidance, I help you bridge the gap between what you know and how you actually feel—so you can live from a place of wholeness and hope.
Statement of Faith
I believe the Bible is the inspired, living Word of God—true, trustworthy, and the foundation for all of life and faith. As 2 Timothy 3:16 says, “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,” equipping us to live in alignment with His truth. I believe in one God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and that Jesus Christ, fully God and fully man, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose again on the third day, and now reigns as our risen Savior and King. Salvation is a gift of grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works, but by trusting in Him.
I believe the Holy Spirit dwells within every believer, empowering us to grow in spiritual maturity, live with purpose, and reflect Christ in all we do. I also believe in the power of prayer, the importance of the local church, and the call to love God and others deeply, walk in humility, and serve with compassion and truth. Every aspect of my coaching is rooted in these core beliefs—offering a safe, grace-filled space for women to grow emotionally, spiritually, and practically, with Christ at the center of it all.
